In love with nature
Growing up among the majestic mountains of the Bregenzerwald, Elisabeth Graf-Breidenbrücker absorbed the rhythms of the seasons from day one. A deep respect for the powers and wonders of nature and a fascination for the wisdom and knowledge of our ancestors led her to traditional philosophy of nature. This philosophy had answers and explanations to many of her questions, and she found her intuitions confirmed, her thoughts put into words. The power and energy Elisabeth finds in the forests and meadows around her and in her own herb garden turn out to be more awe-inspiring and humbling by the day. Sharing her knowledge through “Helden in Grün” is Elisabeth’s mission.
